Hai Guo, male, PhD, professor, master's supervisor, vice dean. Mainly engaged in research on aerospace power supply technology, matrix converter control technology, and teaching in electrical engineering. Hosted and completed 2 projects funded by the Natural Science Foundation of the Ministry of Education, participated in and completed 1 project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and is currently researching 1 major project funded by the Natural Science Foundation of the Ministry of Education. Published nearly 20 scientific and academic papers in domestic and foreign journals such as IEEE ACCESS and Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering, and authorized one invention patent in the field of matrix converters; Served as a reviewer for the Journal of Electrical Technology and Power Automation Equipment, as well as an energy-saving assessment expert for the Fengyang County Development and Reform Commission. Hosted and completed 1 provincial-level major teaching and research project, 4 provincial-level quality engineering projects, and won a total of 5 provincial-level teaching achievement first, second, and third prizes. 

国海，男，博士，教授，硕士生导师，副院长。主要从事航空航天供电技术、矩阵变换器控制技术等方面研究工作，从事电气工程专业的教学工作。主持完成教育厅自然科学基金2项，参与完成1项国家自然基金，在研教育厅自然基金重大项目1项。在《IEEE ACCESS》、《中国电机工程学报》等国内外期刊发表科研学术论文近20余篇，授权矩阵变换器方面的发明专利1项；担任《电工技术学报》、《电力自动化设备》审稿专家、凤阳县发改委节能评估专家。主持完成省级重大教研项目1项、省级质量工程项目4项，获省级教学成果一等奖、二等奖、三等奖共5项。
