李振华教授，三峡大学

Vice President of Digital Grid Research Institute of China Three Gorges University, director of Hubei Engineering Research Center of Smart Energy Technology, provincial talent, discipline leader of Yichang City, Three Gorges scholar, member of Academic Committee of the university. He is a Member of the Special Committee of Energy and Power Measurement and intelligent Sensing Technology and equipment of China Electrotechnical Society, a Senior Member of IEEE, a member of the Youth group of the High voltage Special Committee of China Electrical Engineering Society, a director of Hubei Hydropower Engineering Society, and a senior member of China Instrumentation Society. He is a young editorial board member of periodicals such as Hydropower Energy Science, Journal of Three Gorges University and Electrotechnical, and has served as the chairman of international conferences for many times.

三峡大学数字化电网研究院副院长，智慧能源技术湖北省工程研究中心主任，省级人才，宜昌市学科带头人，三峡学者、校学术委员会委员。担任中国电工技术学会能源电力计量与智能感知技术及装备专委会委员、IEEE Senior Member、中国电机工程学会高压专委会青年学组成员、湖北省水力发电工程学会理事、中国仪器仪表学会高级会员等。《水电能源科学》、《三峡大学学报》、《电工技术》等期刊青年编委。
